      Would've been great but poor local leadership and nepotism destroyed the terminal.

      Pros

      Money, no shortage of work.

      Cons

      Terrible employees are let by (management included ) are given a pass. While the ones who are making sure that promises get delivered are hounded and told they failed. Too many "legacy" characters in the fold. Probably totally different at smaller terminals.
