Pros

Excellent pay, good equipment, good benefits. Only going to get better in the near term.

Cons

Its trucking, long hours, hard work, dangerous work, high pressure work. One serious mistake and you are gone and not many other companies will touch you. It is getting tough out there due to feds. Not much training in my particular terminal. Not much room for growth in my terminal unless you were friends with the TM, typical of most corporate environments though.

Cons

Poor Management and people skills. If any issues arise at OD, they do not investigate the situation fairly and fully. Only one sided, whatever upper management says goes, then you are written up and out the door. No employer to employee loyalty. Also poor training
