      Great coworkers and managers, great working environment, "family" atmosphere, yearly raise and bonus

      Cons

      My pay is low, corporate office in the middle of nowhere, management can set unrealistic goals especially as new work is piled on, no vacation for a year

      Pros

      Very nice place to work and build your career in the freight industry. You don't need any experience to work there as they're an on site training employer.

      Cons

      Could use an upgrade in the civil rights area. I feel as if they can go from being good to great if issues in that area were treated with top priority.
