Night shifts and not alot of hours

Its trucking, long hours, hard work, dangerous work, high pressure work. One serious mistake and you are gone and not many other companies will touch you. It is getting tough out there due to feds. Not much training in my particular terminal. Not much room for growth in my terminal unless you were friends with the TM, typical of most corporate environments though.
