I liked the fact that they were very open on the way things were laid out and how to hit your objectives.

Cons

Make sure you communicate with your employees about what is really going on. Dont say that everything is okay then do massive layoffs.

Not much I can say, pay is good.

Cons

Management expects you to read their minds and when you can't you get in trouble for not being able to. Benefits are out dated, not much of a retirement plan.

Full time, great benefits, tons of perks, great equipment... I have worked at 6 other trucking companies and if you are a dock worker this is the best place to be.

Cons

Do not pay overtime in Oregon till after 60 hours. You work a crazy schedule, rotating sundays (6 day work weeks)
