      Pros

      Management is fair and always open to my ideas and willing to listen to my concerns. i have been there for over 8 years now and love it.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up unless you are willing to relocate. But I suppose that is true with a lot of companies.

      Pros

      Great rate of pay, benefits are good, the computers, instead of paper is a whole lot of less hassle. The raise is pomised when it's given.

      Cons

      Not enough information given to workers, people need to keep home issues at home. There's no need for anyone to get there job thrown in there face everyday. Sending people home when there's a ton of work is not right. It's a job not career.
