HR that serves management - not the organization Poor vetting processes for entry level labor Excessive hours without pause False representations on payscale - particularly with regards to raises Lastly but chiefly - absent and operationally lacking C-Suite/Senior leadership when it matters. Leadership will also lie to you as a customer or employee - repeatedly and deliberately.
