Pros

Decent pay, and ok insurance but you pay a premium for it. They advertise the highest paid in the industry, but working 60 hours a week with no overtime pay I guess they think we can not do simple math.

Cons

All straight time pay, the 401k they advertise they match up to 6 percent. Well thats 1/3 of a percent up to 6 percent, and the profit sharing you might have them contribute about 7 to 9 hundred a year in your 401k with there match and profit sharing.(joke) Insurance is not the best and you pay a lot for what you get. You are pushed to the point of failure and if you mess up one time they want to fire you immediately without hearing your side of the story. Even after yrs of being a top producer. Do not mess up or talk back during the slow season you will be fired for no reason Ive seen it many times, all it takes is a dishonest lady we have working in the office who does billing to fire off and email and you are done. They advertise , non union environment all the time, is that for there benefit or the employees, definitely not the employees, they do not want to pay overtime give decent insurance or any type of pension is why they are so big on being non union. They hire kids for the dock work and train them, meaning a lot of tore up freight being hidden from the customers. Even the dock workers are pushed to were they do a very half way job, and when freight is tore up they deny the customers claim. Seen that many times also.
