      Pros

      Lots of support, lots of communication and involvement. I got setup with a new office and equipment and feel welcome and there is no shortage of stuff to do. As a new employee it can be scary to jump in with both feet but the team at Oldcastle has welcomed me with open arms and I feel like I have been here for years.

      Cons

      Busy season is starting soon and I am hearing that it can be a busy time. I am concerned that I won't be able to keep up, but I have been assured that I will have the support needed to do my job.
