This isn't a con. We are the #1 producer of construction products groups in the world, so there is a lot to learn & take in if you will, but you have the guidance from leadership & seasoned team members. Even after 20 years I learn something new every day. You work hard, as well you should no matter where you are employed. Are there days when you are like sweet mercies? Of course! But I will tell you this, I have never once "quit in my head". If you are passionate of your work & what you do & who you do that work for, you will never really work a day in your life.
