      Sometimes free pizza and swag.

      Cons

      High turnover due to poor leadership and management. Next to no training or proper on-boarding. You will be doing 3 peoples job but still getting paid for one. And poorly paid at that.

      Not a lot. Some of the co-workers are helpful

      No training or support from the management. I started with the understanding that I would be trained for the job and there would be a two week training period. I was shown where the files were on the first day and that was it. The person whom I replaced was moving to another part of the company and left after the first day. I was supposed to have a supervisor to start the same time as me only they never came (got a better offer). I was then told to do the supervisory job and mine until they hired a manager. It took two years to hire a manager and I never got a salary increase or recognition for the management role. HR did not help with this issue. I finally left the company. It is poorly managed and had ALOT of turnover because of this.
