Pros
Ability to work independently if you don't mind coworkers and peer management throwing you under the bus.
Cons
Take your pick. The management team is almost impossible to advance your career in. If you aren't a drinker you aren't going to be able to break into the inner circle Your managers and peers will always accept credit for your hard work HR is the advance team for racism, ageism, handicap bias, sexism etc. If you're black don't waste your time unless you are fine with basic labor as a career path. Tokenism is a real thing here. There are so many cons to this employer it is impossible to list them all.
