Good team, lots of people ready to help Managers do not micromanage but make sure you have what you need Good work life balance Good benefits(cost me almost 50% less than my previous employer) Company allows for and encourages movement within the company, offering a clearly defined pay scale for hourly workers who want to learn more/different jobs.
