This company offers great benefits. Health care, dental, prescriptions and vision. Very fair wages and overtime is very available. If you apply yourself you can grow with this company no mater what position you start in.

Shift changing takes some time.

The benefits are above average. Safety is exceptional..

Cons

The plant is in a constant state of chaos. This is a direct result of inexperienced plant managers making poor decisions. They will promise you everything upon hiring you and not deliver on anything. The hours are long, 10 plus hours a day are expected and work schedule changes with little or no notice. The equipment is poorly maintained by an unskilled maintenance department. Constant and same issue breakdowns are the norm which only adds to the daily chaos. If you like working long hours and not spending time with your family and friends then this is the place for you. There Is a revolving door of employees who are thrown into jobs with little or no training. Some just walk off the job due to the poor work conditions and poor treatment the receive.

Amazing company to work for, with lots of experience and tremendous presence in the glass business. Proud to be part of CHR the largest building materials company in North America. The company offers not only stability, but many opportunities for learning and development. Open door communication and team work. Diversity and respectful environment.
