Being a maintenance technician is not a fun experience here. Overall management is not great.

Pros

Good benefits for the entire family. Overtime pays great but it is overtime. General manager is a great person and some of the staff is friendly as well. Company promotes within so if you can stick it out you can make a great career here.

Cons

12 hour shift mandatory and production always comes first. Even production personnel gets preferred. Sometimes have to work on Saturdays on a days notice and will get in trouble if you do not show up. Work ethic is horrible and the employees take advantage of the company.
