      Pros

      Work life balance, good family/team culture - employees really look out for one another. This really depends on the facility you work for and cannot be applied to all of OBE. A lot of work is being done behind the scenes to bring the company up to the modern age. A few years ago many of their processes were quite out of date which is surprising for a company of this size. Star ratings reflect all of OBE.

      Cons

      It may be the industry but salary is on the lower range. Benefit plan leaves little to be desired. Coverage is on the lower range again.
