The miami location is a revolving door, they don't make employees feel appreciated in the work they do. It seems like they enjoy that their employees are not happy and they want to keep it that way. Acknowledge your workers and treat them like you know they are the ones that contribute to your profits. Thinking this is a corporate company and there's room to grow, but at this location that isn't realistic. They keep hiring year round because there system is so screwed no one wants to stay. For the amount of strenuous work that is done working at Oldcastle, the pay should be more. If more money cannot be established then the workers you have should be treated better.

Poor management with no idea how to even run a business. Never keeps parts in stock. Wait's until machine malfunctions or someone breaks something to order parts, so there's always a machine down. Absolutely no consequence for Customer Service entering orders wrong. Communication is a word absent from management's dictionary. A once a year evaluation for around a 2-4% raise and you start off making scraps as is. Health conditions similar to that of a third world country. Management pretends saying the word "Safety" is the same as practicing it. Over a 90% turnover rate (peaked at 95% a while back) for awful work conditions relevant to pay. Training is a word absent from managements dictionary. After about a week of being here (no training) you are more or less considered to be a veteran of this facility and expected to do your job flawlessly with consequences for messing up. The list goes on for what seems like forever, but I'm tired of typing now so I'll end here.
