Little respect for production workers.

Pros

If you are looking for work they are always hiring. Paycheck is on time. Company payed vision and dental. Company Co-pay with health insurance.

Cons

Current management more like regime. They are takers not givers. Minimal if any pay increases. 5 yrs on job with only $1.32 in pay raises. Cant keep skilled workers, Below average pay. 12 hour shifts, This year told NO raise due to corona virus although "they" claim business is essential. True essential companies are thriving and offering hazard pay increases. Regarding covid-19 they are doing very little to insure safe environment. No hand sanitizer in bathrooms or breakroom. All they are doing is taking temp at entry and providing a mask. Worked for over 15 companies over 40 years and without a doubt this has been the worst one.

Laid-off WITHOUT Severance

Cons

I was an engineer for 5 years until the company fell on hard times and LAID me off WITHOUT severance. What a joke. So much for respecting employees. This was after I had won multiple awards.

Disappointing Management

Good work environment steady work pleasant place to work

Cons

Manager expects everything from us and never wants to through us a bone. I have been here 7 months now and have been asked to: 1. work more than 40 hours a week, which i had been doing anyways, but told i wont be paid for it. 2. take a vacation day when my daughter was admitted into the hospital 3. stay to do overtime to do inventory, and be told i wont be paid for it. 4. asked to take my laptop home on the weekends and work from home, but again not be paid for it. at this point it would be better for me to be an hourly worker so i wont be constantly taken advantage of without receiving any overtime pay.
