      Easy to join, Good base pay.

      Cons

      Too Large of a territory. Bad Sales Managers. Sales managers have unrealistic expectations. Los Angeles sales are much different than the rest of the country.

      New to the company and love the direction

      Pros

      Company is very open about the direction and changes it is trying to make. Executive Leadership does a good job hosting many calls to talk through all the ongoing changes both within the organization and outside. The company allows for people to be flexible in their positions but cares most about taking care of the customer first.

      Cons

      Oldcastle is going through a lot of changes which isn't always easy for everyone. The new direction is the right way to go and they are creating a very collaborative work environment but sometimes change is hard.
