      Dynamic Environment Empowered to drive change Fast Paced Great People... President cares about the individual.

      Cons

      Not the place to be if change is not your friend. Expectations to execute are high, if that you don't like a little pressure, you won't enjoy the experience.

      Pros

      Locally at the (some) plant level, leadership is very supportive and still has maintained the 'family feel' where staff and management watch out for one another. Each facility has power to create their own culture.

      Cons

      Lots of changes happening right now. There is a all new executive leadership at the corporate office and with the volume and level of changes happening , things are quite turbulent right now. Lots of employees that are still around feel the uncertainty and are just hanging on. Really hard to say what the future holds.
