Pros

Great team. Built wonderful relationships. Company makes money and really does want to succeed. Pay and benefits are good.

Cons

Upper management disconnect. Attempts to run company like a sophisticated manufacturing facility when it is simply not mature enough to do so. All manual assembly and quality checks relying only on employees to ensure its correct. Barcoding and part identification are nearly non-existent.

Pros

Great starting pay and good raises. Awesome mid level management and very good insurance as well.

Cons

Terrible regional manager that could care less about his employees and ran off a great general manager. He also used office staff to spy on employees on the floor and yard. This regional manager only cared about moving up to the next position. And was a nightmare to work for.
