Good pay. some management try’s to help prolly cant do much with big boss always watching his screen and tellin lies to all of us
Cons
Big boss likes to sit in his office stare out his window down at us watch his little vid cameras on his computer and just call on the phone when he sees somthin he don’t like. Don’t even think he knows most of our names few weeks ago he tells us if things gettin to be too much just let him know and he will back off. Last week he tells a lead he will not back off and we will all work 60 hours a week and weekend if needed. Says one thing to us workers but really just does what he wants. Cant trust him. Good thing he stays in his office
