Long shifts and short breaks. The shifts are 11 hours with only a 30min lunch. Management doesn't react to production struggles.

-poor management in my area -age discrimination (I was the youngest in the entire building) -lots of office politics -retaliation -negative/hostile work environment If you ever go to HR for something, it is NOT confidential, even at a corporate level.
