Suffers from corporate standardization woes. As a subsidiary of CRH, many policies are passed down from on high that can't be enacted on a plant by plant basis. You WILL do work that doesn't make sense and may actively harm your progress *You will see a "diversity and inclusion score that isn't a 5. It's partially the location that makes it seem not so diverse*
