Most employees that are not in a management position were really sharp and a pleasure to work with

Cons

- Lots of drama and politics. - Dysfunctional management - High Turnover - IT projects were all "smoke and mirrors", promised the world but only delivered a fraction of the value promised, if any at all.

None, other than I *initially* thought I was working with a group of really innovative and forward-looking people...that is, until I realized I wasn't.

Cons

- Leadership was non-existent ...management became nothing less than "hostile" as time went by. - Upper management in IT was apparently "passed over" -- and continue to hold that grudge and prevent anyone one else from being able to perform at level. - You are encouraged to contribute new and innovative ideas -- then you are beat down and chastised for having the audacity for simply making a suggestion to upper management - Company laptops are faulty. The salary is good but are too cheap to allow you to purchase software that costs 50 bucks.
