Terrible Executive Leadership

Pros

Leadership spent big dollars on fence senior management conferences. Then they would ask everyone in the room who was new to the org in the past year, and 3/4 of the room would stand up.

Cons

Executive leadership hired quickly and fired quickly...at all levels. The CFO was particularly unqualified and had no leadership skills whatsoever. She didn't care about people at all.

Pros

- Make some great friendships since there are so few people left. We all had to work very closely with one another and pull our own weight.

Cons

- Work life balance is only about work. Life will not be included. - Management will constantly change direction on the plant and will yell at you for doing as they asked a week prior before telling you the new direction of the week. - MANY people have quit or got fired, so the remaining 2 managers at each plant are left doing all the work from the people that have left. Company does not backfill the positions because it is a "cost savings". - Some people are put in place based on their relationship with the regional president, regardless of their skill, ambition, or knowledge. They just become puppets without critically thinking about the good of the business on a site level. Hence the customers and employees leaving/complaining.
