      Pros

      Flat structure and encouraging management team, willing to listen to staff and act on good ideas. Good, positive work environment with friendly, helpful employees. Olive Group is by far, one of the better companies to work for in Dubai and staff retention is very good.

      Cons

      Sometimes long working hours, but flexibility if this has to happen.

      Pros

      There were good and motivated people, the majority of whom have left the business in the past 18 months. Interesting challenges, good travel and opportunities to work within a diverse set of cultures.

      Cons

      Continual interference from the Founders causing distraction and effort being wasted. They treat so many of their staff with disdain and the management believes its staff are its slaves. Check your contract of employment as when management will all to frequently work to their interpretation of the contract rather than either the letter or a fair interpretation.
