      Lots of growth opportunities within, partners are interesting, friendly, and intelligent people

      Cons

      Very long hours, projects are chronically understaffed, middle managers tend to be a bit power hungry and unforgiving/two-faced, too many type A individuals with questionable EQs, marketing falsely advertises the company as one that cares about its employees

      - Top tier premium management consultancy experience - Company strategy and results focus on achieving amazing impact on industries and the world; we're at all the key clients needed to do this The above is tablestakes for this kind of firm. What makes OW special is: - The people, who truly care and treat each other in a human and humane way - The culture, which is a bit chaotic but also entrepreneurial and open to experiments or individual customizations

      - Less known brand than MBB, on average across industries. (Financial Services probably more on par or OW ahead in places) - The chaotic entrepreneurialism can be unnerving until you learn to roll with it, love it, and get value from it

      Pros

      -strong and positive work culture where respectful interactions are the norm -people seem to really care about you here -you can take your career in a variety of directions. -minimal red tape and entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged

      Cons

      -Work life quality continues to be the biggest complaint I hear and see as the hours can be quite long for consultants and the management consulting lifestyle is tougher in general, though at least the company recognizes it and are trying to implement initiatives to improve this area
