      Pros

      Amazing people work at this company and the work they do is impressive. Offices themselves are fun and allow you to be productive - snacks, drinks, beer and wine always around.

      Cons

      Culture and policy change at the top doesn’t trickle down to every employee, especially SPs. My department was a disaster. I dealt with micro aggressions daily. Very old school mindset on my team about working remotely versus in office, and the department itself felt like it was in the dark ages. Resistant to technology, ignorant of industry best practices, and no interest in continuous improvement.

      OW has an entrepreneurial consulting culture allowing Partners to create new business practices. There is a strong mentorship mentality, emphasizing teaching the craft of consulting. This makes for a wonderful learning environment for younger staff members.

      Cons

      Like every major consulting firm, work life balance is very hard to find.
