Pros

Collegial culture, fun events, emphasis on work-life balance and support of junior staff, gretat IT and presentation support staff, top brand for regulatory advisory - very boring projects but are easy to sell and deliver

Cons

Limited expertise outside of regulatory work in financial services and many Partners suck at "selling" to clients, high turnover among Partners and Principals who prefer a more exciting work - as a result, business is stagnating and worse might yet to come with Trump's de-regulation; awful medical insurance with ever increasing deductables, comp is below top consulting firms
