Pros

1. Pay and perks 2. Insurance coverage

Cons

1. KS OU Role: Outsourced research unit for OW, focused on extracting/sharing external database data with practice teams. Attempts to transition into more consulting‑adjacent responsibilities can attract collective resistance from those in supervisory roles. 2. Resistant to change and divergent opinions; passive-aggressive management; no upward feedback 3. Micro management exists and opinions many a times imposed and you ought to be a yes man or there would be trouble brewing. 4. Misalignment between feedback shared with onsite leaders and actual on‑ground realities can undermine an individual’s credibility, particularly if they are not perceived as compliant. 5. Challenges often arise when team members assume ownership of more complex, project‑driven work, as this can be perceived as encroaching on others’ remit rather than being recognized as value‑adding.
