Pros

Paycheck is fairly good. Project based means lots of variation. If you make partner you can make millions.

Cons

Long hours - low compensation/hour. Meaningsless work. Most colleagues incredibly dull. Spending 4 days/week away will kill your soul.

Very fair Provides great opportunity for senior consultants to succeed and be rewarded High quality colleague base Great reputation / brand

Cons

Not particular to OW, but as with all consulting jobs - its about selling work. Poor cooperation between practices creates untapped potential.

Cons

brand name is weak outside F S and company is fairly young hence senior leadership is not as experienced with grey hair as you would want
