      Pros

      Management has always been understanding, supportive, and helpful. Company is growing and there are a lot of opportunities to learn & move around and up. I enjoy that this is a firm that is really dedicated to making communities better and has volunteer time off.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. There could be more diversity. Work/life balance really depends on what team you are on.
