Pros

Fairly independent hours allowed for healthy work/life balance. Pay was good for my field. Lincoln office is the corporate office, everything was very up-to-date.

Cons

Backstab-y office politics (people trying to downplay others) that management does not recognize or work to resolve. Other coworkers had left or were considering leaving over this and recommended that I consider the same; so to anyone considering working here, consider your own tolerance for office politics.

Pros

You can definitely get ahead if you look like the people at corporate in Lincoln - white and male. This is a very white company. Nothing wrong with that, except our customers don't like it.

Cons

Pay is much less than the market but if you get on a good customer account, they will hire you.
