Few holidays, mediocre pay, bad raises, no sick days, require 43-45hrs a week regardless of work load, VERY tedious and frustrating work. They obsess over staying "billable" which just leads to projects going over budget and them justifying keeping employees at their desks for longer than necessary to complete projects.
