Pros
Overall, Olsson is a great employer. People are extremely helpful and encouraging. Even the most senior leadership here are very down to earth and ready to help anyone with anything. There is an overall growth mindset in that they really want you to grow your career with them. I would absolutely consider working for them again in a different position and if their benefits were updated.
Cons
The position was originally supposed to be in direct support of one team, but ended up supporting much more than that. Workload was manageable, but made it hard to feel like I had an actual team I was a part of. Also, could use an update to their benefits, mainly parental leave. If they had a solid parental leave policy for both mothers and fathers/support person, combined with everything they already do so well - they would be an unmatched employer!
