Pros
Focusing on building overall company culture and promoting for the future. Most coworkers are easy to work with.
Cons
Better training of managerial staff with interpersonal skills. Feels like a machine and the only objective is the end result, i.e. dollars made. The ends justify the means, in most cases, no matter how burnt out the staff is. Difficulty in negotiating higher raises, despite providing industry-related research. Many responsibilities added to someone, but not compensated for it.
