Pros

They try to build team locally but it’s hard on moral when success is based on clients paying. Company car with limited use is good. Supposed half day Friday upon hire. Only had 2.

Cons

Bonus is same for hardest and laziest guy and is based on multiplier. The guy who does it all and picks up the slack gets screwed by bad management spending, forced OT and clients paying a little late. Half day Friday’s never happen, hardly any paid holidays and salary is forced 40 hours even with no office work? But working 70 hrs the previous week doesn’t compensate either. Salary not worth it as you loose your vacation without your choice. Like we needed millions of dollars of new logos and no decent raises. Oh and burning clothes rather than giving to the needy. Not cool

Pros

Great Company to work for, great benefits, very good culture, active with charity, team building exercises and training, good work life balance.

Cons

Fairly large gap between manager salary and myself. Difficulty breaking into hiring/management position - ok if based on performance but no explanation why. Not sure where I stand from a performance standpoint bc lack of criticism or praise.

Pros

Whoever did the graphic design for company merch and branding was great!!!

Cons

- corrupt management (you will be required to work for unpaid wages daily with your Deltek and administrative work) this adds up to hours a week. - empty promises of bonuses and promotions. - not a female friendly environment - HR acts like they care but really are just looking out for themselves. - poorly managed projects where obsession with billable hours (I’m talking 100% billable, like even company meetings charged to clients) causes projects to go over. Then they blame their team for working too slow and you can imagine what that does to moral. - never have I seen more exemplified how employees can really just be pawns to the executives. ( no for real they don’t care about you hear. You will make more and find MUCH MUCH better company culture elsewhere im serious.) - they promote company culture that actually doesn’t exist outside of meetings with executives. - you will work 45 hours minimum weekly. Even when slow to ‘get ahead’ which leads to getting too far ahead and having to go back and make changes when more information comes in the next week and that causes projects to go over. - they hire managers who don’t want to manage, just grow their career. - they pay you less if your vape nicotine, even recreationally. And they blood test you annually. - they basically treat you very poorly. - empty promises. - a weird place, stay away you WILL find better, for work/life balance AND for your resume.
