      They have various opening all over but will never let you move from one team

      Poor Leadership, HR never supports. They promise something and will never stick to that.

      company is always hiring, you don't have to worry about being promoted

      Cons

      Wages suck, bonus is held over your head on a daily basis, bonus does not reflect effort or hours worked only based on your multiplier and if clients pay on time, bonus is very mediocre, upper management care nothing of their employees, Teams are turned against each other trying to steal money from each other to make their bonus numbers
