      Small Business Feel, Corporate Potential

      Pros

      Opportunity to grow and advance in your career, recent trends to push educational and skilled training investments for employees, health insurance/401K, employee stock ownership, employee recognition program (for interns too), and a friendly laid back environment. I have read most of the reviews for Olsson and most if not all stem back to the relationship with management. I happen to have a great manager whom I can trust so my experience has been nothing but positive but that doesn't mean I haven't had my fair share of personal and professional challenges. They do have the tendency to "throw you to the sharks" but in a world full of hand holding and relying on someone else to get your job done I believe this makes people better professionals and stronger individuals.

      Cons

      Low technician pay, payroll micro managing timesheets, growing pains (forgetting about the individual), and prior to 2016 but is no longer applicable: Employee recognition and lack of direction and proper training.

      Pros

      feild guys are great, , offer 401k, profit sharing and health insurance for a high cost. wellness programs and company building at some offices.

      Cons

      They lie to get u in the door make 100s of promises and dont keep any ! i was told 50 hours max a week, my first week alone even after I expressed an issue I worked 67 hrs and on the weekend. i see guys working the same or more andgetting behind the wheel seems like a lawsuit waiting for Ollsson from someone who get hurt. Management never helps they come in after 9 and go home by 4 everyday and get half days on Fridays. i asked HR for help and was ignored and found out managers were told and I felt intimidated and now feel scared to ever speak up. I was told this happens alot and HR is never confidential?
