      Pros

      The training and people there are great. The benefits, like half day Fridays, are really nice.

      Cons

      Compensation is on the lower end of the spectrum. The bonus system is a little flawed and does not reward the hard work employees of some of the less profitable departments put in. Raises were slow.

      Pros

      I have only been here three months and I hope to stay here for as long as possible. This company puts employees at the top of its priority list, encouraging discussions between managers and their reports, providing incentives to lead a more healthy lifestyle, and laying out detailed, specific plans for career development for anyone who wants it. They have a centralized intranet that allows employees to post, read, and learn about what's going on across the company, creating a sense of community, teamwork, and pride. Its managers actually manage and make sure you know that they are on your side and willing to back you up, and they travel to get important face-to-face time with as many people as they can, even the VPs.

      Haven't found a thing to complain about :)

      Pros

      Great office atmosphere, friendly people, good work-life balance. They contribute to a lot of charities and give back to the community. The company contributes generously to 401k. Good benefits. Fun projects to work on.

      Cons

      There is a lot of focus on how long you have worked here in terms of promotions. The company is excellent in other areas but there should be more focus on quality of work when it comes to promotions.
