      Pros

      It is a friendly, family environment. They believe in an open-door policy, meaning that no one (not even management) has a door to their office. Employees are encouraged to speak with their managers about anytime. Everyone is treated fairly and with respect.

      I have nothing bad to say about my experience.

      Non demanding job, pleasant friendly people and office environment.

      Cons

      I don't believe that Olsson treats their employees particularly well, which seems to be reflected by a high employee turnover. On the opposite side of things, the company appears to be more than willing to extort their clients wherever possible. There are many other companies that I think do a much better job focusing on their employees, their clients or both; rather that just generating profit.
