Pros
There are some good people. You can learn very quickly here. If you can produce good work, they will quickly increase your expected responsibility level.
Cons
Low pay and poor benefits. Too much work and not enough people to successfully complete it on time and at the appropriate quality level. Continues to hire entry level staff and expect them to fill mid- and senior-level roles. Over the past 4 years they have been unable to retain key staff. By the time I left, 90% of the team I started with had moved on to other opportunities. Significant amounts of expected unpaid overtime. Standards for work processes and quality do not exist or are not followed. Leadership is focused on an unrealistic growth of profit and complexity of projects without the team to support such growth.
