Good location questionable management and early expectations.

Cons

Raised quota by 25 percent in 6 months after being in a new territory and business environment and then let me go because I didnt meet quota. Tend to be agist.

You can learn the basics of electromechanical builds.

Cons

The work environment is very micromanaged which has lead to low moral and people quitting. No flexibility in your schedule or vacation time. You cannot take time off without using PTO. No PTO, you cannot take a day off.
