Pros

- communicative (when they want to be) - friendly

Cons

they try to promote a great candidate experience but they often go dark on Candidates. No type of follow up or anything. This really shows how everything is lip service here.

Pros

Remote work and flexible hours

Cons

Flex model with inconsistent pay for coaches - Since November of 2024, coaches have only received 1 week with a full 40 hours worth of pay. Career growth opportunities are incredibly limited, you're more likely to receive a promotion if you leave the company and return years later... Omada loves to hire "boomerangs" rather than promote from within. Health Coaching scope and job responsibilities have evolved into a "jack of all trades" leaving most coaches feeling burnt out and dissatisfied with their role. The job feels less like "coaching" and more of a "glorified customer service representative" - The overall coaching experience has taken a steep decline in recent years as a result of GLP1s flooding the market. Education and experience are not considered for compensation. Starting wage is laughable, and raises are mediocre.

Pros

Flexible schedule Remote work Ok benefits

Cons

Consistently low pay for coaches No job stability We were once salaried but they took that away and made us hourly so they could pay less Lousy PTO Inexperienced “supervisors” who have no idea what they are doing It’s not what your credentials are its who you know Having a masters degree earns no more than just a bachelor’s degree Inconsistent hours only communicated 5 days prior to Promise of full time work but don’t get it because they over hire every year Expect 50 hours of work to be done in 35 hours Leadership knows of the discourse among coaches but doesn’t care because they make a six figure salary No job growth possible Leadership tells coaches we are the most important part of the company but doesn’t back that up with pay Continue to expect more work for less pay Raises are a joke even with excellent performance reviews
