      Pros

      There is a lot to like about Omada. The mission of the company is admirable and they are truly seeking to improve lives with the work that we do. I enjoy my job, my coworkers, and find that everyone works hard to accomplish department and company goals.

      Cons

      What is starting to become the same old Silicon Valley company story, Politics at Work. Why can't we just go to work, focus on our jobs, and leave the politics off our work laptops (that's a pro- work provided mac).

      -An inspiring mission that everyone believes in -Some of the smartest, most diverse, hard working, and humble people I’ve ever worked with -Leadership and managers that care so much about each team member and our development -Lots of room for advancement -I’m learning so much!

      -Hardest working CS team I’ve been apart of in my career and we’re still building a consistent workload balance. -Continued investment in improved outcomes and engagement across all programs -As the best in our industry, the company needs to be stronger with overall compensation packages
