Some of the senior leadership knows what they're doing and can do it well, except for CEO.

Cons

The CEO tends to be overly frugal, often to the detriment of employee morale and company growth. Additionally, there seems to be a gap in their understanding of the core operations and strategic direction needed for the company's success. A more open and informed approach could greatly benefit both the employees and the overall business trajectory. The company offers a collaborative work environment with supportive colleagues.
