Safety, safety, safety. The company does not cut corners when it comes to the safety of its employees, contractors and retail customers that visit the yards. OmniSource has a great culture of hard working employees. Well compensated with quarterly bonuses, a yearly stock award and profit sharing. A fun summer picnic for the family with plenty of prizes for the kids and employees alike. A fall festival and holiday party to mention just a few of the many perks. The business model is well integrated to weather the storms and is positioned for continued growth.

Cons

I can honestly say I do not have anything bad to say about SDI / Omni. It's a fast paced environment, be willing to work for the compensation and benefits you receive and you will succeed.
