      Management does nothing to address toxic employees. They allow them to cause as much damage as they want with no consequence. Promotions are hard to come by but the work will be piled on you without hesitation

      Pros

      The support I feel and the ability to make a change have been a much needed change for me. I feel the layers of and to the senior leadership team are clear and open.

      Cons

      There are many things to organize, improve, and make more efficient which is why I was brought on. Looking forward to the challenge.
