Big company, felt like just a number. Was told during interview/ hiring process that a pre-planned vacation was approved. When I got hired and brought it up a month prior to the trip to the same manger I told before, I was told I couldn’t have the time off. I wish I was told that months before when I first brought it up. I would have understood and tried to get money back. Couldn't do that with such little time. Lost hundreds of dollars.

Bit too process heavy. Scrum cadence can feel a bit of a thankless, continual grind. Struggles with technical innovation.
